1. Hearings Aids are purchased and paid for in full at the time of fitting.
2. If, within 30 days of fitting, the purchaser is dissatisfied with his/her purchase, a full refund, (less a €50 deduction to cover administration, postage & packaging, etc), will be made. This deduction also applies to aids ordered on deposit where the order is cancelled prior to fitting.
3. Purchases must be returned to the Company in their original “as new” condition together with the original packing and all ancillary items, including any free batteries provided.
4. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser by cheque within 21 days of the purchase being returned to the Company.
5. Deductions from any refund can and will be made in the event of Hearing Aids being returned to the Company in any condition other than that detailed in 3) above.

Documentary proof, i.e. a written quotation, must be furnished.
